Sky Meadows Ranch is a limited access community in the winter snow season. Sky Meadows will remove snow from Casassa Road up to and into the designated Community Club winter parking lots within Sky Meadows. Such snow removal and parking areas shall enable owners to park passenger vehicles in the winter parking lots. Roads from parking areas are never plowed so travel is at your own risk during winter. When snow depth reaches over 18 inches on Sky Meadows roadways beyond the designated Community Club parking lots, the roads will be groomed to enable owners to access their lots over Sky Meadows roads by tracked vehicle, snowmobile, or non-motorized means (cross-country/snow-shoe/pedestrian access). Most roads become impassable by passenger vehicles before the grooming begins. Each winter is different, snow can be as early as November and as late as April, there is no way to predict the length of time the road may be impassible by wheeled vehicles.
